MyLifeStrategy is an online personal development programme, developed by Carolyne Crowe (Life Coach of the Year 2015).
MyLifeStrategy can help you overcome the personal and professional challenges you face on a daily basis, and learn practical skills and techniques to make a real difference to you and your life.
The programme consists of the following 10 modules.
Everyone is different, and working with those differences can at times be a challenge! “If only everyone was the same as me!” A common thought, yet it would be a disaster!
This module will show you why people behave in the way they do, what’s behind your own and others behaviour, how to build positive relationships and get the best out of others and how to make the most of all your relationships. Ultimately, making your life easier!
No matter what role you have, understanding assertiveness and developing an assertive approach will be key to your success.
In this module, you will learn how to appropriately get what you want and need from a conversation or situation, how to say “No”, how to give and receive compliments and feedback and how to feel more in control of the situations you find yourself in on a daily basis.
Resilience is the ability to manage yourself and thrive in a pressurised environment. It’s the capacity to see options and adapt effectively to meet and overcome challenges. It’s the ability to fail and move on, the ability to bounce back and deal with life’s curve balls.
During this module, you will explore the influences, techniques and approaches that will help you to develop and sustain personal control and resilience.
Do you get stressed? What are the causes and consequences of this for you, your life and your work?
This module will help you to understand how you currently respond, the difference between pressure and stress and give you tools and techniques you can use to put yourself back in control, overcome the stressors and thrive under the pressures you face.
This module is packed with practical tools to help you to get the most out of your time. It will show you how to manage yourself and your behaviours, how to optimise your time, how to prioritise, delegate, stop procrastinating and put yourself back in control of your life and your time. In so doing, you will gain the freedom to do what is important in your life and your career.
Everyone wants the ultimate work-life balance, but what does that mean to you?
During this module, you will identify what's important to you in your life. It will give you the structure you need to clarify what you do want and show you how to focus on the important things in life, so you feel more in control and get what you need from the time you have.
This module is all about goal setting, having a vision and achieving what is important to you in your life. It builds on Get Your Life Back, so it's a good idea to have completed that module first.
During this module, you'll develop your Wheel of Life, enabling you to review your progress and ensure you stay on track. You'll complete this module over several weeks to give you time to reflect on your development.
Every day you make lots of decisions, from the trivial like what to have for lunch to the potentially life-changing for either yourself or those you work with or for. Successful people make the right decisions, but what are the right decisions?
During this module, you'll explore how to make effective decisions, how to weigh up the pros and cons, commit to your decision and persuade others of its merit. Ideally, you should have completed the Understanding the People Puzzle module before starting this module.
Confident people inspire confidence in everyone around them. They are trusted, successful, communicate well and believe in themselves. You may have to fake it at first, but you too can develop self-confidence.
During this module, you'll explore what makes confident people confident and look at ways to change your behaviour and create the building blocks for a more confident you.
Modern life is fast paced and full on. We're always looking to what's next, but for our own wellbeing it's important to pause, take stock and be aware of what's around us now, in the present.
This module will help you to become more aware of your thoughts and feelings, developing a greater sense of calm and helping you to become more focused, engaged and attentive.
